Complying with the terms of a state storm water discharge permit may ultimately boost airfares at The Eastern Iowa Airport. The Cedar Rapids Airport Commission on Monday approved a $101,676 contract with Braun Intertec of Cedar Rapids to sample, test and report storm water runoff at the airport.
