No. All websites need a departure and an arrival point. The only web site that I have heard of that does what you want is the Air NZ one. But I am assuming that you do not live in NZ.

i second kayak, best search out there….
Just be warned that sometimes kayak will not always display all possible routes, especially true on connecting flights.
