Clearwater, Fla.-based JetAmerica is targeting small and midsize cities like Melbourne, Fla., which has seen a decrease in air traffic. The decline is part of a national trend that has seen airfares increase at those airports as daily flights have decreased. Still, JetAmerica thinks it can buck the trend.
